Dynamic Flow Yoga with Rebekah

A dynamic and invigorating blend of breath and movement also known as vinyasa, to awaken the body, mind and senses. This class offers physical challenge and welcomes students of all levels.

11:00am - 12:15pm
Enlighten Up Yoga with Rita

Enlighten Up Yoga - slow flow, restorative, and meditation 11am - 12:15am. This is a great class for people healing injuries, especially back problems, theraputics will be addressed.

5:00pm - 6:15pm
Open Level Kripalu with Ann

This class is open to students of all experiences. Instructors teach to the "middle" of the room, meaning instruction is offered when needed for beginners, and variations and options are offered to more experienced students. Kripalu is the Yoga of compassion.

5.20.2012 - Absolute Beginners Workshop with Dale

For beginners or those returning to practice after a time away this two hour class will prepare you to feel comfortable dropping into any level class on the schedule. Learn the fundamentals of Pranayama (Breathing), the foundation Asana (Postures) and enjoy some restorative Yoga.

5.25.2012 - Yoga Nidra Relax for Charity with Jen

Forty-five minutes to melt away the work week and recharge you for the weekend. The guided deep relaxation is open to everyone.

6.1.2012 - Guided Meditation for Relaxation: Journey with Angelic Healing, Archangel Raphael

Guided Journey Meditation with Alison is an amazing relaxation tool. All that is required is the participants are open to the possibilities and suggestions of the guide.

6.2.2012 - Intro to Kundalini Yoga: Total fitness for mind, body and soul

Kundalini Yoga combines breathing, movement, meditation, stretching, relaxation and sound to work on every aspect of your being. Your energy will be systematically raised through the chakras and your nervous system and glandular systems will be strengthened and balance. This practice will leave you feeling elevated, energized and clear.

We are a service-oriented studio and have developed connections to community service organizations so that we may provide low- and no-cost Yoga to their members and recipients thanks to the support of individual and business sponsors.

5.16.2012 - News: No Light Channeling Meditation this Friday

No Light Channeling meditation this Friday as Linda is away. Class resumes every third friday of the month beginning next month.

5.16.2012 - News: Subs and Cancellations

5/18 Friday, Jen subs Connie's Open Level Vinyasa Flow at 5:15pm. 5/20 Sunday, Karma Donation Open Level Kripalu with Virginia is cancelled; class resumes in two weeks. Also on Sunday, Dale subs Lissa's prenatal Yoga at 11am.

5.16.2012 - News: Kids Class Time Change

Starting 5/21, Lissa's Kids Yoga will be from 4:00pm - 4:55pm.

Please respect our neighbors, there is no parking for yoga in front of the studio, please enjoy fresh air and use the ample parking provided for us on the hill and at the top lot to the left of Kit's Thai Kitchen.
