Enlighten Up Yoga with Rita
Enlighten Up Yoga - slow flow, restorative, and meditation 11am - 12:15am. This is a great class for people healing injuries, especially back problems, theraputics will be addressed.
5:00pm - 6:15pm
Open Level Kripalu with Ann
This class is open to students of all experiences. Instructors teach to the "middle" of the room, meaning instruction is offered when needed for beginners, and variations and options are offered to more experienced students. Kripalu is the Yoga of compassion.

Guided Journey Meditation with Alison is an amazing relaxation tool. All that is required is the participants are open to the possibilities and suggestions of the guide.

Kundalini Yoga combines breathing, movement, meditation, stretching, relaxation and sound to work on every aspect of your being. No Light Channeling meditation this Friday as Linda is away. Class resumes every third friday of the month beginning next month.

5/18 Friday, Jen subs Connie's Open Level Vinyasa Flow at 5:15pm. 5/20 Sunday, Karma Donation Open Level Kripalu with Virginia is cancelled; class resumes in two weeks. Also on Sunday, Dale subs Lissa's prenatal Yoga at 11am.
