Class cards are non-refundable however may be shared or given to another individual for their use. If you are moving out of town or are no longer able to use your class card, please let us know so we may donate it to a karma recipient. 

If you wish to let someone else use your class card, let us know or write the individuals name on the back of your class card. 

Class cards do not expire.

There is NO parking in front of the studio for Yoga. Please respect our neighbors by parking on the hill or in the lot on top of the hill immediately next to Kits' Thai Kitchen.

Workshop fees paid in advance maybe be refunded if you cancel 3 days in advance of the Workshop. As we have commitments to workshop presenters, fees can not be refunded for no shows or cancellations less than 3 days in advance.

Please always remove your shoes upon entering the studio.

Do your best to arrive on time for class. The outer door of the studio will be locked 15 minutes after the scheduled class time to ensure the security and sacred space of the students in class.

When you purchase a class card, you will be walked through the check in procedure. To keep things flowing smoothly for students and teachers please always follow the check in procedure:

  • If you have a class card:
    • Locate and remove your class card from the class card binder. 
    • Sign in on the class roster.
    • Place your class card on the check in desk.
  • If you are dropping in for class:
    • Sign in on the class roster.
    • Pay for your drop in at the desk.

10:30am - 11:45am
Vinyasa Flow - All levels with Dale

Vinyasa means movement bound to breath. This class flows through postures but instructors will pause the flow when instruction is needed.

5:45pm - 7:00pm
Open Level Kripalu with Jen

This class is open to students of all experiences. Instructors teach to the "middle" of the room, meaning instruction is offered when needed for beginners, and variations and options are offered to more experienced students. Kripalu is the Yoga of compassion.

9.12.2010 - Beginner workshop

For beginners or those returning to practice after a time away this two hour class will prepare you to feel comfortable dropping into any level class on the schedule. Learn the fundamentals of Pranayama (Breathing), the foundation Asana (Postures) and enjoy a guided meditation.
