9.5.2010 - News: Pilates Returns Next Week

Twice Weekly Pilates returns Monday, September 13th. Mondays with Tracy Bloom and Wednesdays with Fran Morina, 4:30 - 5:30pm. No sign ups required, drop-in fee or class card punches welcome.

9.2.2010 - News: Holiday Schedule

Labor Day Holiday Schedule in effect Saturday thru Monday, check the Class page or see below. Saturday 9/4 9am Dynamic Flow with Rebekah 5pm Open Level Kripalu with Ann Sunday 9/5 930am Moderate Kripalu with Jen 4pm Yin CANCELED. Monday 7/5 10am Vinyasa Dale 5:45pm Open Level Kripalu with Jen All other classes canceled for the weekend. Enjoy the Holiday!.

Teen Yoga is over for the summer. Class resumes September 17th, at 3:30pm
