  • Carlo is a licensed psychotherapist in private practice. Among other modalities, he teaches meditation to his clients to cope with anxiety, stress and depression. This class is perfect for meditators of all levels. No registration required, simply drop in. Class is offered by donation. Suggested donation $10 but any amount is appreciated.

Robert's approach to the art and science of yoga begins with the phrase “We are our own best teachers.” One does not just do yoga, one becomes yoga; it is a lifelong journey that anyone can make.
  • Learn an approach to yoga that will allow for deeper insights into yourself as a student of your own personal yoga practice, expand your perspective, and relationship with yourself. Offering classes and programs that work with the whole person, from gentle conditioning and beginner classes to more traditional vinyasa and high-energy yoga for strength and endurance.   • High-energy evening featuring Satya Franche and friends.Drummers, flute players, conch blowers etc. are welcome to join in. Sink into the sweet Mystery on wings of song led by these ecstatic bhaktas. $10 - 15 donation requested, children free. Reservations Recommended. Kirtan follows karma donation Yoga with Ann Russell.

    Satya Franche leads kirtan in the NY area and beyond, and is the founder of Ma Kirtan. A singer since childhood, a Berklee graduate, she has worked extensively as a session vocalist/jingle singer. The guru guides her new CD, "Love is in the Name".

    Satya Franche; Ma Kirtan is an ensemble that is ever changing in its roster. This makes for a different experience for each gathering of repetition of the name. Ram Ram!!

  • Restorative Yoga with Reiki Healing

  • A delicious blend of Reiki and Yoga healing. Join Rita Trieger and Jen Irwin for two hours restorative yoga while receiving hands on or hands above Reiki.
  • Restorative Yoga is "passive" Yoga where the body is fully supported with blankets, blocks and bolsters in Yoga postures to enhance the flow of prana through specific pathways int he body for nourishment and restoration.

    Reiki is the healing art of encouraging ones own energy (universal life force) through the body. Reiki promotes healing on all levels and leaves one feeling relaxed, soothed and with a general sense of well being. $40/person. Pre-registration is required. Twice Weekly Pilates returns Monday, September 13th. Mondays with Tracy Bloom and Wednesdays with Fran Morina, 4:30 - 5:30pm. No sign ups required, drop-in fee or class card punches welcome.
