She knows how to hug (for more than 10 seconds), delivers her sharp wit with the accent of a Brit. Now she has completed her Franklin Method® training and is ready to share it with you!

Franklin Method® Transformation Series: A Happy Mind in a Healthy Body 

Begins Saturday, March 9th for 4 weeks

8:30am – 9:30am

How good does it feel to be YOU today? Do you feel limber and free in joints and muscles as the norm of daily life? Do you enjoy simply being YOU? If you are pondering on an injury, feel sore or cranky or find yourself easily sucked into a vortex of negative spin in life then get curious, learn, move and transform yourself!

Learn creative and effective ways to improve awareness, posture, strength, flexibility and co-ordination while having FUN.

The series will cover:

Dynamic Alignment Principles for healthy posture and movement; ‘Bone Rhythms’ – how the bones counter-rotate in the body to create healthy joint action; magic muscles – how they work and how to train them; Fascia and Myofascial Slings; Taming Tension.

The Franklin Method® uses Dynamic Neuro-cognitive Imagery, anatomical embodiment and educational skills to create lasting positive change in your body and mind. What to expect in a class: Experiential learning segment on anatomy/biomechanics, touch, movement training with Franklin Balls and Resistance Bands. 

Become your own best coach! Learn how to use imagery to focus, enjoy movement and to motivate you to create positive change.
