Yin Yoga ~ New
Wednesdays @ 4pm
A slower paced practice with longer holds. Yin Yoga nourishes the large joints by relaxing the connective tissue and muscles around the joints. This class is therapeutic and deep.
New Beginners Yoga with Michelle O’Brien

Night Owl Yoga

Breathe. Relax. Feel. Observe. Allow yourself to unwind. This class is open level, with the primary goal of adapting to students’ level of energy and requests.
