Class Time Change: A Winter Friday Class Special

  • This class was originally scheduled for 6:00pm. Please note correct start time is 6:15pm! Learn the Five Tibetan Rites, an ancient system of exercise used by Tibetan Monks to keep their bodies healthy and purified with a special guest who has practiced them daily. The Five T’s will be followed by a warm vinyasa flow and sweet savasana. Regular drop-in fee or class card punch apply.
