  • Thanksgiving Eve Candlelight Sadhana. Led by Jen Irwin, Ann Russell, Amy Drumm, Aimee Elsner & Maria Tabaschek. All are welcome. Class is open level. Bring your mat, an open mind, neighbors, friends, family. No fees or donations are required. If you would like to make a food contribution for families in need, they will be accepted and distributed. To reserve your space, please add your name to the sign-up sheet at the studio, call 203-744-9642, or email us. Candlelight Sadhana is limited to 21 people. Please honor space for all by signing up in advance to reserve your space and canceling 24 hours in advance if you can not attend; there is always a waitlist for our Thanksgiving classes. Thank you.
