Guided Journey Meditation: Journey through the Four Directions with Alison DeNicola

  • Guided Journey Meditation is an amazing relaxation tool. All that is required is that the participants are open to the possibilities and suggestions of the guide. This month’s meditation features a guided journey based on the Native American medicine wheel. On Friday, April 5, we will journey through the four directions: East, South, West, and North. We will explore their gifts and deep healing. All you need to do is lay back, close your eyes, and fly with the eagle! Please feel free to bring pictures of loved ones and pets in need of healing. No experience required. All are welcome.
