  • This class is for anyone who wants to learn why it’s so important to meditate and acquire simple breath techniques which can be done at home, in the office, or anywhere to reduce stress, clear the mind, increase focus and concentration or just to literally breathe easier. Learn proper breathing and a variety of breath exercises to achieve a greater sense of well-being. If you’ve been intimidated by the concept of meditation, this workshop will give you very simple tools to start to incorporate meditative practices into your life.
