In Partner Prenatal Yoga with Dale Rowley learn the poses that are safe for all trimesters of pregnancy. We will increase both partners strength, flexibility, energy, and stamina. Learn breathing techniques useful for labor, delivery and stress reduction throughout pregnancy. Our focus will be on breath, movement, relaxation, and bonding with baby and partner.
