Robert Ortner will skillfully guide is in pairs to apply Thai Yoga techniques as assists on each other so they may be used in group or private instruction for students. This class in the enrichment series will give you a great therapeutic tool to use with student’s who are experiencing pain and limitations in movement both on and off their mats as well as leave you feeling more open. Dress comfortable, bring your mat. Please note: This training is specifically for yoga teachers or yoga teachers in training. This class is one of a five class series. You may enroll for any of the five classes individually or the entire series at a discounted price.
