Be Shri @ Dew Yoga 300-hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

Be Shri Yoga presents a program is designed for 200 hour certified yoga teachers to elevate your knowledge and confidence as teachers. During this course you will have the opportunity to study with a team of master level teachers to deepen your knowledge, skills and self-growth in all the realms of yoga. -Dive deeper into alignment principles, anatomy and physiology -Refine your teaching skills and improve the authenticity and quality of your teaching -Advance your skills for empowering sequencing -Sharpen language skills -Enhance observation skills -Gain more confidence and knowledge in manual adjustments -Learn and refine how to teach Pranayama and meditation -Deepen knowledge of the Chakras, Kriyas and subtle body -Teach to special needs and seniors -Learn to teach restorative yoga -Work with therapeutic tools -Integrate themes into classes -Deepen knowledge of philosophy and Sanskrit -Learn to apply Ayurveda principles to your every day lifestyles -Deepen your skills to teach special events and workshops -Enhance skills to teach more advanced poses and apply hands-on assists and more. Additional hours will include observations, community classes, class assisting, mentor meetings and practice sessions. Dew Yoga 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training

June 8th – December 16th, 2018

Ready to explore Yoga behind the curtain? Yoga Teacher Training is not just for aspiring teachers. Dew Yoga 200-hr YTT will take you on a journey into the deeper practices of yoga including lifestyle, meditation, awareness, philosophy, asana (postures), and pranayama (breathing techniques.) The path of learning Yoga is not a linear journey. It is a multi-dimensional exploration.Through the eight limbs of Yoga, immerse in teacher training and self discovery. Our training exceeds the Yoga Alliance minimum requirements. Contact hours cover:
          • history and philosophy of Yoga
          • meditation
          • pranayama
          • asana
          • understanding physical and energetic alignment
          • basic physiology and anatomy
          • cultivate voice and verbal skills
          • sequences and lesson plans
          • the business of Yoga
          • the art of conscious communication

In addition to the classroom contact hours, students will be required to complete observations, electives, reading, online studying, attend mentoring sessions, and complete homework.

Thai Yoga Bodywork Training
Become a Thai Yoga Practitioner

October 20, 2018 – November 27, 2018

Learn to practice and give a complete 90 minute head to toe Thai Yoga session.

Discover the basic teachings and techniques of Thai Yoga level 1 & 2 trainings, as well as many advanced techniques including:

      • Thumbing the sen lines on
legs & feet, arms & hands
      • The palming & manipulation
of soft muscle tissue
      • Deep muscle stretch & release
      • Joint traction & expansion
      • Abdominal release techniques
      • Robert’s insights from many years of practice

Thai Yoga Bodywork can be used as a stand alone practice or as a complement for one-on-one Yoga or massage sessions. Along with the 40 classroom hours included in this training, students will be expected to put in personal practice time as well. A digital format training manual will be included and there will be ample of time for Q&A and note taking.
It is expected that practitioners have had basic anatomy/physiology studies from their Yoga Teacher Training or LMT trainings. All classroom hours are mandatory and any missed sessions will require make up sessions at an additional fee. A certificate will be granted upon completion.
