Learn the Five Tibetan Rites
- A Summer Sunday Special, September 18th at 5:45pm. Learn the Five Tibetan Rites, an ancient system of exercise used by Tibetan Monks to keep their bodies healthy and purified. The Five T’s will be followed by a warm vinyasa flow and sweet savasana. Regular drop-in fee or class card punch apply.
