Please join Carlo Codato at Dew Yoga for meditation practice. 2014-08-08T18:45 1 hour Carlo is a licensed psychotherapist in private practice. Among other modalities, he teaches meditation to his clients to cope with anxiety, stress and depression. This class is perfect for meditators of all levels. No registration required, simply drop in. Class is offered by donation. Suggested donation is 10 dollars but any amount is appreciated.
