- Please note: this class will be held at Scalzi Park. Meet by the tennis courts at 3:45 and please bring water. Rev up with 45 minutes of Revolution Training’s Total Body Conditioning Class with Ahmad Mickens is designed to work your entire body using a combination of traditional exercises. The class will take place on and around your mat. There is no equipment required- only an open mind and a desire to work your cardiovascular and muscular systems. Once that’s complete, make a seamless transition into part two: 45 minutes of cool-down, stretch and focus Yoga with Jen Irwin. In the event of rain the class will be held at Dew Yoga, 123 High Ridge Road.
