(Led by Jen Irwin) After yoga, we will roll up our mats and transition to an exploration of water colors, glue, and different types of paper while collaging. Guided Journey Meditation: Journey through the Four Directions with Alison DeNicola

Guided Journey Meditation is an amazing relaxation tool. All that is required is that the participants are open to the possibilities and suggestions of the guide. This month’s meditation features a guided journey based on the Native American medicine wheel. On Friday, April 5, we will journey through the four directions: East, South, West, and North.
